As our Project Coordinator, Silvia brings creativity and organizational skills to a new level. Her “can do” attitude and curiosity for home improvements led her to pursue a career in the construction industry after dedicating 19 years to the insurance and financial sector as a Case Manager and Senior Field Underwriter for a brokerage firm.

Silvia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to R&D Construction and Roofing after serving as the Director of Operations for a local construction and interior design company for 5 years prior to joining the team. Her dedication to excellence and passion for growth will contribute to R&D’s continued expansion and success of R&D. She earned her MBA from FIU and is a proud Duke mom.
