Owner

Jovanny is the owner and founder of R&D Construction and Roofing along with his wife, Isbelia Duran. Together, they have built a family-owned and operated business that serves most of the state of Florida. He has over 10 years of construction experience and is a General Contractor and an award-winning certified roofer. Jovanny is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Social Sciences. He then earned his Master’s in Economics from the prestigious New York University. He is a dedicated husband and spends his free time developing the soccer skills of his two sons, never missing a game.
